Maintenance Software for Singapore M&E Contractors
Pumps, fans, air-handling units, electrical panels and plumbing across dozens of buildings: M&E maintenance comes down to the right visit, to the right equipment, recorded properly. FieldSign keeps your equipment register, schedules and service reports in one place, and your technicians never need a password.
Where the time goes
Visits tracked in spreadsheets
Monthly and quarterly maintenance for each building lives in a spreadsheet that only one person understands, so visits slip when that person is on leave.
Breakdown calls with no details
Faults arrive as WhatsApp messages from building managers, without the equipment, the location or a contact person.
Reports that come back late
Job sheets travel back to the office in the van, so reports and invoices go out days after the work is done.
No history per piece of equipment
When a pump fails, nobody can quickly see when it was last serviced or what was found on the last visit.
How FieldSign helps
Equipment register by site
Record every asset with its site, type, brand, model, serial number, installation date and warranty expiry, or import the list from a spreadsheet.
Schedules that create the jobs
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly schedules create each job on its due date, assigned to the right technician.
QR fault reporting
Put a QR code on each piece of equipment. Building staff scan it to report a fault, and your office receives the equipment, site and contact details.
Your own service checklists
Build a report template for each type of work, with readings, required fields, photos and the client's signature on site.
Service history per asset
Every report is saved against its equipment, so the last visit and its findings are seconds away.
Late and missed visits flagged
Jobs that start late are flagged and the technician gives a reason. Jobs past their date appear in the Needs Attention view.
Getting started
Import your equipment
Upload each building's asset list from FieldSign's spreadsheet template.
Set the schedules
Create a maintenance schedule for each contract and type of work.
Put up the QR codes
Stick QR codes on key equipment, or put up one printable A4 poster per plant room or floor.
Let the reports flow
Technicians complete each job on their phone, and the client receives a signed report link straight away.
What FieldSign does not do
- FieldSign needs a mobile data connection to open jobs and submit reports. It does not work offline, so plan ahead for sites with no coverage.
- It does not manage inventory or spare-parts stock.
- It does not connect to building management systems or sensors. Jobs come from your schedules, fault reports and your office.
- Your office assigns the jobs. There is no automatic dispatch or route optimisation.
