- Is there a free trial?
- Yes — 14 days on every plan, with no credit card required. The trial unlocks every module, so you are evaluating the full product rather than a cut-down version of it.
- Do my technicians need a paid seat or an app?
- Technicians are included in your plan’s technician allowance and never pay separately. They scan a QR code with any phone camera and the mobile portal opens in the browser — no app store, no install, no password.
- What happens if I go over my work order limit?
- Starter meters 100 work orders per month. When you reach the limit the app tells you and asks you to upgrade rather than silently dropping data. Growth and Business have no work order cap.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your subscription immediately from the billing page, and your existing work orders, reports and clients are untouched either way.
- Are prices in USD?
- Yes. All FieldSign.io prices are billed monthly in USD.
- How do I cancel?
- From the billing page in your dashboard, in one click. Your data stays available for the rest of the paid period.
