Terms of Service

Acceptance of these terms

These terms form an agreement between you and C-Vids Productions, a company based in Singapore, which operates FieldSign.io.

By creating an account or using FieldSign.io you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

The service

FieldSign.io is field service management software. It lets you create and assign work orders, capture technician updates and customer signatures on site, and generate and deliver PDF service reports.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account, for keeping sign-in credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under your account and under the accounts of users you invite.

If you believe an account has been accessed without authorisation, tell us at support@cvidsproductions.net.

Acceptable use

When using FieldSign.io you agree to the following.

• •Use the service lawfully, and for operating your own business.
• •Do not upload content you have no right to upload, and do not use the service to store or send unlawful material.
• •Do not attempt to reach another company’s data, interfere with the security of the service, or disrupt its operation for other users.
• •Do not resell the service or provide access to it to third parties as though it were your own.

Subscription and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, our payments provider.

Three plans are offered, priced at US$59, US$149 and US$299 per month. All prices are in US dollars.

Free trial

FieldSign.io includes a 14-day free trial. A payment card is not required to start the trial.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you keep access to the service until then.

We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial months.

Ownership of your data

The data you and your users put into FieldSign.io — work orders, client records, job photos, signatures and generated reports — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it and no right to use it for anything other than operating the service for you.

How personal data within that content is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Electronic signatures

Signatures captured through FieldSign.io are electronic signatures. Electronic signatures are legally valid in Singapore under the Electronic Transactions Act.

You remain responsible for deciding whether an electronic signature is appropriate for a particular document or transaction, and for how you use the signatures you collect.

Service availability

We do not offer an uptime service level agreement. The service is provided on an as-available basis, and may be unavailable during maintenance or updates, or because of events outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

To the extent the law allows it to be excluded, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the "last updated" date shown at the top of this page.

Continuing to use FieldSign.io after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
