Who we are

FieldSign.io is operated by C-Vids Productions, a company based in Singapore. This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use FieldSign.io, why we handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Our handling of personal data is governed by Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect and why

We collect only what the product needs in order to do the job you signed up for — recording field work and producing signed service reports.

• •Account data — company accounts and technician accounts, used to sign users in and control who can see which records.
• •Records you create in the product — client contact details, service addresses, work order records, job photos, customer signature images, and the PDF reports generated from them.
• •Billing data — subscription payments are processed by Stripe. Payment card details are collected and handled by Stripe as our payments subprocessor.

Your clients’ data, and our role

Most of the personal data inside FieldSign.io is not about you — it is about your clients. Their contact details, service addresses, signatures and job records are entered by you and your technicians, and you decide what to collect and why.

For that data you are the data controller and FieldSign.io acts as a data intermediary: we process it on your behalf and on your instructions. We do not use your clients’ data for our own purposes.

If you are a client of one of our customers and you want to see or correct a record about you, contact the company that carried out your work. They control that record. We will assist them as their data intermediary.

Subprocessors

We use the following third parties to run the service. Each processes data only to provide its part of the product.

• •Supabase — database and file storage, hosted in the Singapore region.
• •Vercel — application hosting.
• •Stripe — payment processing.
• •Resend — transactional email delivery.

How long we keep data

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active, so that your records stay available to you.

We delete data on request. Send deletion requests to support@cvidsproductions.net.

Security

The measures we apply to protect data in the product are:

• •Postgres row-level security, so a query can only return rows belonging to the company that owns them.
• •Tenant isolation, so one company’s records are not reachable from another company’s account.
• •HTTPS for data in transit.
• •Encrypted backups.

Your rights under the PDPA

You may ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and you may ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate or incomplete.

Cookies

FieldSign.io sets session authentication cookies. They keep you signed in and are required for the product to work.

We do not use advertising trackers.
