Pest Control Software for Singapore Operators
Pest control runs on recurring visits and on records: what was treated, where, with what, and by whom. FieldSign turns each visit into a signed treatment report with photos, schedules your recurring contracts, and keeps a clear record of every job by technician.
Where the time goes
Treatment records on paper
Products, quantities and areas treated are handwritten on service slips that fade, get lost or cannot be read.
Recurring visits booked by memory
Monthly treatments for F&B outlets and offices are booked by hand, and missed ones are found by the client.
Proving each visit happened
Restaurant managers and property managers ask for proof of every treatment, often long after the visit.
Finding records when asked
Licensed operators can be asked by NEA for information on the vector control work they carried out. Paper slips make that slow.
How FieldSign helps
Treatment report templates
Your own fields for target pest, areas treated, products used and quantities, findings and recommendations, with dropdowns and required fields.
Photos and client sign-off
Attach photos of findings and treated areas, then take the client's name and signature on the technician's phone.
Recurring service schedules
Weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly schedules create each visit as a job on its due date.
Every job tied to a named technician
Each report records the technician who did the work, the site and the date and times, in one searchable place.
Sightings reported by QR code
Rename "fault" to "pest sighting" and put a QR poster in the client's premises, so their staff can report sightings between visits.
Reports sent on the spot
The client receives the signed treatment report by email as soon as the technician submits it.
Getting started
Build your treatment templates
Create a report template for each service, such as general pest control, termite treatment or rodent control.
Add clients and sites
Set up each client with their premises and contact details.
Schedule the recurring work
Create a schedule for each contract, assigned to a technician.
Treat, record, sign
Technicians complete the report on site, and the client signs before they leave.
What FieldSign does not do
- FieldSign keeps your job records. It is not a licensing or compliance system, and your NEA licensing obligations remain your own.
- It does not track pesticide stock.
- It does not map bait stations on floor plans.
- FieldSign needs a mobile data connection to open jobs and submit reports. It does not work offline, so plan ahead for sites with no coverage.

Can we record which products we used, and how much?
Yes. Add them as fields in your treatment template, for example a dropdown of products and a number field for the quantity.
What if the client's manager is not on site?
Whoever is on site types their name and signs. The report link is also emailed to the client's email address on file.
Can a restaurant's staff report sightings between visits?
Yes. Put a QR poster in the premises; staff scan it, describe the sighting and get a reference number. QR reporting is part of the Asset Suite on the Growth and Business plans.
Does FieldSign handle our NEA licensing?
No. It gives you organised records of the work carried out (technician, date, site and treatment), which helps when you need to provide information. Licensing stays with you.
