Can I download all past service reports for one client in FieldSign?

You can find and open every report for a client, and save each one as a PDF; there is no one-click bulk download yet. On the Reports page, search by the client's name to list all of their reports. Each report opens as a print-ready page that you can save as a PDF or share as a link. To keep a client's jobs together, add their work orders to a Folder; a folder exports its work-order list as a CSV file (the job list, not the reports themselves).

Sharing a client's history with the client
On the Business plan, each client gets a branded client portal link where they can see their reports and upcoming visits themselves, so you do not need to send them one by one.
